Terms & Conditions of sale

1 – Application
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to contracts for the supply of goods by the Company
1.2 The Customer acknowledges that no employee or representative of the Company has any right to make representations, warranty or promise in relation to the Goods or the sale of Goods other than that contained in these terms

2 – Prices
2.1 Prices are determined at the time of order and prior to payment and these will not change

3 – Payment
3.1 Payment is to be made to the company without deduction or discount other than as stated in these terms and conditions or on other relevant invoices or statements issued by the Company
3.2 The invoice shall be paid in full prior to dispatch

4 – Delivery
4.1 The Customer shall receive the Goods as per the delivery details contained upon the Order Form and/or invoice

5 – Risk and Insurance
5.1 The Goods are at the risk of the Company from the time that they are uplifted by the Courier (or other
means of transport) and therefore any damage or loss will be sought by the Company from the Courier

6 – Inspection
6.1 Unless the Customer has inspected the Goods and given written notice to the Company within 48 hours after delivery of the Goods, that the Goods do not comply with the contents or description, the Goods are deemed to have been accepted in full good order and condition

7 - Limited Liability
7.1 These terms do not affect the rights, entitlements and remedies conferred by the Fair Trading Act 1986
(FTA)
7.2 The Customer acknowledges that the Company is not
*Responsible if the Goods do not comply with any applicable safety or similar regulation, or
*Liable for any claim, damage or demand arising from such noncompliance

8 – Supply / Substitution
8.1 Where an individual item listed in the product description is unavailable the Company reserves the right to substitute a similar item of equal value in its place.

9 – Warranty
9.1 All Goods are covered by such warranties as are specified by the manufacturer and are supplied subject to the products standards detailed by the manufacturer.
