PORT TASTING NOTES

Beautiful, bright purple hues, wonderful depth/texture. Sweet cherry and plum aromas. Luscious fruit driven flavours full of deep plum, cherry, and black current. High quality fruit a youthful, bright barrel aged Ruby Port made from Pinot Noir grapes of Central Otago. Matches perfectly with blue cheese, chocolate and berry based desserts. Best served at room temperature or add some tonic, ice, sprig of mint and sip as cocktail. Alcohol 18%.
